Snowcrest Peak Open Alpha
We are thrilled to share the details of the open alpha release of Snowcrest Peak!
This is an early Alpha build and doesn’t fully represent the final experience. Much of the core gameplay features are still under development, but we couldn’t wait to give you a sneak peek of what’s to come!
Origin
Snowcrest Peak was inspired by our co-founder, Jason’s trips to Japan, as well as the team’s interest in skiing and snowboarding. It’s a farming simulation with a twist — idle competitive ski racing, where you manage a waifu ski racing team to win prizes!
Buidling on our experience with Yomi Gardens, we’ve been grinding for months to craft a game that blends farming, crafting, and competitive ski races into a social MMO experience. There’s nothing like this across web3 or mainstream gaming, so it’s guaranteed FRESH powder.
Free-to-play & For Degens
Snowcrest Peak is free-to-play on desktop and mobile web devices, accessible to everyone. While this browser-based game is more geared toward the existing crypto gaming community compared to our previous mobile titles, our priority remains to create a fun and accessible experience for all players.

Alpha Gameplay
Our open alpha build of Snowcrest Peak introduces core farming and questing elements, while the racing component will be added later. The game features anime and chibi art styles of both original Yomi Gardens characters (designed by famed manga artist Hugin Miyama) and other familiar faces from crypto.
In designing Snowcrest Peak, we’re inspired by top crypto games such as Pixels, Pirate Nation, and Photo Finish, as well as traditional classics such as Stardew Valley, Genshin Impact, Dave the Diver, and Uma Musume Pretty Derby. Snowcrest is wholly unique, highly ambitious, and honestly a little crazy?!
Looking ahead, we have a number of exciting game features planned:
- Competitive pvp ski racing
- Trading of items and resources
- Affection and gifting to level up your favorite ski racers

Game Economy & Points
The game is designed with great depth, particularly in its game economy. Snowcrest’s competitive racing, trading, and other features will be powered by tokens.
The game’s economy depth positions Snowcrest Peak as our flagship product, reflecting our team’s growth as a game studio and our experience + research of what makes a compelling, successful crypto game.
Snowcrest uniquely blends a farming simulation with idle competitive racing, and both these two core game loops feed into each other. Our token integration will go beyond simple item purchases or trading, adding a distinctive dimension to the gameplay.
The current alpha rewards players with points. We’re excited for you to help test the game, provide feedback, and build the game with us. It is our dream that Snowcrest will eventually support a thriving player-owned ecosystem.
Wen token? We can’t say for now — but we do plan to have multiple seasons of points as we build out the game and community together. And as crypto degens ourselves, we’re constantly tracking what’s doing well across other projects too.
